Hey good smelling! We’re Fussy…about everything in our mission to banish single-use plastic from your bathroom. Having experienced exceptional growth over the past four years, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team as a Supply Chain Executive.

You’ll report to the Head of Supply Chain working together to continue to deliver fantastic availability for our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join scale-up through a significant period of growth. You’ll be a strategic partner to the leadership team and a champion for our people 💪🌍

What you’ll be doing 💼

• Place orders from our suppliers (domestic and international)

• Arrange transportation for inbound deliveries

• Track shipments to and from Fussy

• Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms, ensuring compliance with customs and international regulations

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and related documentation

• Process retail orders in our systems

Who you are 🤓

We’re big believers that great talent comes in all shapes, sizes and CVs. So if you’re excited by our mission, we want to hear from you. That said, we think you’ll smash this role if you bring the following skills:

• A demonstrable interest in supply chain with a strong track record of achievement, whether academic results, work experience, or extra-curricular

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (ideally undertaken study in an analytical subject such as Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar)

• Excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills

• High levels of attention to detail

• Resilience, and a proactive “get stuff done” mindset with a desire to innovate and improve processes

Bonus points, but these are not a deal breaker:

• Previously worked in fast growing start ups/scale ups in a related or adjacent role

• Experience managing and processing purchase orders

• Understanding of customs regulations/paperwork
