Hands up, sometimes our ideas are bigger than our budget. And our brains. But doesn't stop us. After all, we're the people who persuaded Deborah Meaden to do an armpit fart. On camera. Great ideas won't change anything on their own though. They need action - and they need results. The planet hasn't got time for us to hang around. Let's make sh*t happen.

That'll do, will never do. From our impact on the planet to our design, from how we treat each other to where we put a comma, we are fussy motherfussers. The clue's in our name dur. Sure we move fast, but it doesn't mean we don't execute like a fussy motherfusser. 

You don't need permission to express yourself around here. Got an idea? We're all ears. Confused about something? Let's sort that for you. Some feedback? No problemo. We love open, honest, and kind conversations. But yeah, don't be a d*ck about it. 

If we all get a little bit better every day, we can achieve great things. Never underestimate the power of small improvements. When done continuously over time, they add up to a sweeeeet competitive advantage. One earnt by effort, focus and determination. So how can we be better today than we were yesterday?

We take our fight against single-use plastic deadly serious, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. That doesn't mean we hang out all day swapping armpit jokes though. Inspire others with your passion and hare-brained ideas. Be yourself. Be weird. Be wonderful. Doing work that really matters, matters. Doing it with a smile on your face, rocks!
