Interviewing with Fussy
We're really proud of our team here at Fussy and to make sure we keep raising the bar as we grow, we've designed our process to bring out the best in people who will thrive here. Our values are really important to us, and we'll be assessing for those at each of the stages below.
What you can expect

Initial Call
Once your CV has been reviewed, we'll be in touch to organise a call either with our Talent team or the Line Manager. This usually lasts about 30 minutes and is a chance to get to know you and explain more about the role.

First Meeting
Now it's time to meet! The hiring manager will spend around 45 minutes chatting through your experience in a bit more detail with structured questioning, and give you a chance to learn more about the role.

Technical Task
In this stage, we'll set you a task that we've designed as a way to replicate a part of the role presented to members of the Senior Leadership Team. It gives you a chance to see what it would be like, and us a chance to see how you'd perform.

Meet The Team
This final stage is really just a chance for you to meet some of the Fussy team and find out what it is like to work at Fussy. We can also cover anything we haven't yet spoken about.
